Marvellous, decent location to train stations to do sightseeing. Big and fairly quiet unit with a modern decor.

the room was decent sized and functional, provided with a king sized bed and the shower, for example. the breakfast was very good except for the oatmeal and with good food. all the staff were attentive, excellant.

it wasn't very clean. the carpet was dirty. first night we couldn't sleep because of the freezing main air-condition. but the next morning someone came to look at it.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and secure at the hotel. The staff, especially Sam at the reception desk, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room, although a bit crowded, was clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping service, including fresh towels and made beds, was appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and was satisfactory.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

This was quite a good deal - rooms were on offer when I booked. The room was a bit small and the carpet was tired, but it was clean and everything worked. Free breakfast was a welcome plus (a pity that there never was orange juice). Staff were generally helpful, though not all spoke English. The bed was comfortable.

Location is not great - it's just over the bridge from Queen's Plaza, where I wouldn't want to wander alone late at night.

Possibly the best and awesome stay on a short business trip. Nice rooms with 5 tables for hotel guests. Breakfast with croissants, sausage, a cheese omelet. Awesome location in the nice area, short walk to many good and fun restaurants on the water, and the queensboro bridge. 10 minutes walk to Sculpturecenter.

Conveniently located near subway lines, clean room with working A/C, friendly and accommodating service, close to shopping options, good WiFi and TV.

I dont know why people at front desk are so mean? I am paying for service and they were never nice. Always monosilabic responses. Maybe they feel we are not human to treat us equal? Why do you have to be so rude?
